This return policy explains how ambientesconarte (the Store) handles cancellations, returns and claims in accordance with Spanish law and EU consumer regulations.

1. Custom-Made Products

All our wallpapers and murals are printed on demand, to the exact measurements of your wall. As clearly personalized products, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Once production has started, they cannot be returned.

2. Cancellation Before Production

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as printing has not started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Free Samples

To avoid surprises with colors or textures, we send free physical samples before production. Small color variations between screen and print are not considered a defect.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Print Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error, or measurements different from those confirmed, we will reprint and replace it free of charge. You are covered by the 3-year legal warranty. To open a claim, send us within 14 days of delivery:

5. Transport Damage

Please check the package upon delivery. If it is damaged, note it with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will reprint and resend your order free of charge.

6. Incorrect Measurements Provided by the Customer

If the measurements provided in the order turn out to be incorrect, we cannot accept a return. However, we offer a discount on the corrected reprint — contact us and we will find the best solution.

7. Refunds

When a refund applies (cancellation before production, or an issue not resolved with a replacement), it will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
